Returns and Refunds Policy
- Wine is a perishable item, and improper storage or exposure to extreme temperatures can lead to deterioration. Therefore, we will only consider accepting returns or providing replacements under the following circumstances:
- a) If the product is proven to be defective or damaged before acceptance;
- b) If the product delivered does not match your order. We kindly ask customers to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for any issues. Any claims must be reported to us at (+852 6876 0310) at the time of delivery, as we reserve the right to refuse claims made after delivery. Please ensure that the returned product includes its original packaging and if any free gifts that were included. Additionally, provide the order invoice and delivery note when returning the product.
- Please note that opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Upon receiving the product you wish to return, we will conduct an inspection. If the product is found to be in good condition and matches your order, we will not proceed with a refund or exchange. If your exchange request is approved, our customer service representative will reach out to you to make the necessary arrangements. In the case of an approved refund request, the refunded amount will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.
