Shipping & Delivery Policy
- We provide free delivery for a single purchase to a single location within the urban area of Hong Kong for orders over HK$1,000. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of HKD $100 will be applied.
- Deliveries to the following Restricted Areas and Outlying Islands are not eligible for free delivery service:
- Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Chak Lap Kok, Hong Kong International Airport. An additional transportation fee of HK$200 will be applied to these areas, kindly reach out to us for further information.
- Please be aware that extra charges may apply if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address. VDVHK reserves the right to cancel orders as deemed necessary.
- All items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delays may occur during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm warning or above, or due to the courier company's delivery schedule. Estimated delivery dates and times are approximate. We shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to delayed deliveries.
- It is imperative that you receive your order on the scheduled delivery date or notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in an administration fee of HK$200 for each subsequent delivery. In the event of non-receipt of the initial delivery or provision of an inaccurate delivery address, additional fees may be charged for all subsequent deliveries.
