Storage: Between 4 to 5 years

Tasting: An intense nose with notes of white fruit and lemon zest. On the palate, the wine expresses itself on a beautiful salinity and a slight bitterness.

Food Pairing: Can be paired with sushi, sea bream carpaccio, ceviche, fish served in sauce and some cheeses. 

Production Process: The harvest is carried out manually in 25 kg boxes. The juice is obtained by pneumatic pressing. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in 500 liters. The aging continues on total lees for 10 to 12 months without any racking before bottling at the estate.
