Description: Organic Orange Wine

Bottle Size: 750ml

Tasting: Flavor of white wine combined with the complex texture of red wine which creates a rich body with a hint of tannins.

Nosing: Notes of tobacco and roasted aroma. Then the mouth is distinguished by a tannic structure present with tension, orange zest and beautiful bitterness.

Food pairing: With aperitif (cheese toasts, fresh fish, olive tapenade), with Indian or Oriental dishes (curry, tajine), grilled fish or hard cheeses (Parmesan, Comté, Mimolette).

Winemaking/Wine ageing: The harvest is carried out manually in 25 kg boxes. After destemming, the grapes macerate 8 weeks into two 750-litre ceramic amphorae. The juice is obtained by pneumatic pressing. The ageing continues into one amphora before bottling at the estate.
