Serving temperature: 10°C to 12°C, ideally after 1 hour of opening and decanting.

Nosing: The nose is crystalline, notes of citrus, white flesh fruits appear as well as a subtle woody touch.

Tasting: The palate is tense, fresh with a long and persistent finish.

Food Pairing: This dry white wine of gastronomy will be combined with mushroom risotto, shellfish, fish with gravy and white meats. 

Winemaking: The alcoholic fermentation takes place in 500 liters french oak barrels, 20 % of which are new. The ageing continues on total lees for 12 to 15 months without any racking before bottling.
