Serving temperature: 10°C to 12°C, ideally settled and served after 1 hour of opening.
Storage: Between 8 to 10 years.
Tasting: The nose is crystalline, notes of citrus, white flesh fruits appear as well as a subtle woody touch. The palate is tense, fresh with a long and persistent finish.
Food Pairing: This dry white wine of gastronomy will be combined with mushroom risotto, shellfish, fish with gravy and white meats.
Production Process: The harvest is carried out manually in 25 kg boxes. The juice is obtained by pneumatic pressing. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in 500 liters. The ageing continues on total lees for 12 to 15 months without any racking before bottling at the estate.
