Nosing: The nose is intense with notes of white fruit and lemon zest. 

Tasting: On the palate, the wine expresses itself on a beautiful salinity and a slight bitterness.

Food Pairing: Sushi, sea bream carpaccio, ceviche, fish served in sauce and some cheeses. 

Winemaking: The ageing continues on total lees for 10 to 12 months without any racking before bottling at the estate.
