Description: Organic Crémant 

Bottle Size: 750ml

Tasting: A dry white wine which tastes very different from regular white wines. The nose has notes of tobacco and roasted aroma. Then the mouth is distinguished by a tannic structure present with tension, orange zest and beautiful bitterness.

Food pairing: With aperitif (cheese toasts, fresh fish, olive tapenade), with Indian or Oriental dishes (curry, tajine), grilled fish or hard cheeses (Parmesan, Comté, Mimolette).

Vinification: After a second fermentation in bottle, the wine is aged on lees for 1 year.
